Physical Therapy services are designed to help students develop the physical skills needed to safely and effectively participate in school activities. Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants provide school-based consultation on equipment or classroom modifications, screening, evaluation, program planning, therapy, and technical assistance. They also lead workshops or clinics to teach specific content to the adults who work with children. Physical therapy is most often delivered to individual students and not in small groups. JAMP currently employs one registered physical therapist and two physical therapy assistants.
